Pérez&Veldman
Ada Pérez en Tim Veldman vormen sinds 2012 een muzikaal duo. De prachtige combinatie van traverso en klavecimbel biedt oneindig veel expressieve mogelijkheden, die het duo in veelzijdige programma ́s onderzoekt. Daarbij proberen ze altijd nieuwe muzikale vondsten te koppelen aan de bekende meesterwerken die de achttiende eeuw te herbergt.
Ook is er vaak ruimte voor nieuwe composities in historischestijl en eigen bewerkingen. Ze hebben deelgenomen aan de meest prestigieuze festivals en wedstrijden voor oude muziek door heel Europa. Hun concertpraktijk bracht hen al op vele bijzondere locaties in Nederland en in het buitenland.
Ada Pérez has been part of a musical duo with Tim Veldman since 2012. The beautiful combination of traverso and harpsichord offers infinite possibilities of expresion, which the duo explores in versatile programmes.
They have participated in the most prestigious early music festivals and competitions and they perform in many special locations in the Netherlands and abroad, such as France, Austria, Germany, Luxemburg, Austria, Belgium and Spain.
They always try to combine new musical discoveries with the well-known masterpieces of the eighteenth century. There is also often room for new historical-style compositions and their own arrangements.
Voci d’Altrove
Voci d ́Altrove, opgericht in Utrecht in 2019, bestaat uit vier musici: sopraan (Anastasia Terranova), traverso (Ada Pérez), blokfluit (Emile ter Schegget) en klavecimbel (Tim Veldman).
Het ensemble was in Nederland te horen in Den Haag, Tilburg, Utrecht, Doorn, Wageningen, Arnhem, Groningen en Tholen. In de zomer van 2021 reside Voci door Frankrijk met het programma “Aux plaisirs, aux devices, waarin volksmuziek en geleerde barokmuziek elkaar ontmoetten.
Hun recent programma “Fantastica Sicilia” is door het publiek met veel enthousiasme ontvangen.
De musici zijn steeds op zoek naar het nieuw in oude muziek, naar onbekenden invalshoeken en een frisse wind door vergeten handschriften, vaak ook in historisch geïnspireerde arrangementen.
Met behulp van hun brede kennis en de vele instrumenten die ze bestellen nemen de musici de luisteraard mee op reis naar vervlogen tijden.
Ada is also a member of the early music ensemble Voci d’Altrove, which is based in the Netherlands. Founded in 2019, Voci consists of four musicians: soprano (Anastasia Terranova), traverso (Ada Pérez) recorder (Emile Ter Schegget) and harpsichord (Tim Veldman) They present different combinations and surprising setting!
The ensemble has performed all over the Netherlands. In the summer of 2021, Voci has toured in France with the programme “Aux plaisirs, aux devices”, in which folk music and learned Baroque music meet. Their recent programme “Fantastica Sicilia” has been received with great enthusiasm by the public.
With their extensive knowledge and the numerous instruments they use, the ensemble takes with great enthusiasm the listener on a journey to early times
